Booking in four steps

- 2Confirm your bookingHappy with the quote? Pay your deposit to secure your place. We accept international bank transfer and card payments.
- 3Receive your documentsAcceptance letter for visas, accommodation details, transfer confirmation and your pre-arrival guide.
- 4Arrive and startWe meet you at the airport (if booked), your homestay host welcomes you, and Monday morning you take your placement test and meet your class.

When should I book?
Summer fills fastest — book by spring for July/August. Year-round courses can often start within a week or two of booking.
How much is the deposit?
Your quote sets out the exact deposit and balance schedule clearly before you commit.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Usually yes, subject to availability — tell us as early as possible and we'll do our best.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full terms come with your quote, in plain English, before you pay anything.
